How long does it take to process an order?

Normally the order is processed within the following 24 hours, excluding holidays. When the order is ready for shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

I have received the tracking number but it isn't activated, why?

From when the tracking code is generated, it is necessary to wait 24 hours for the package to be picked up by the courier, at that point the tracking number will be active.

 

Where do you ship?

All over the world.

 

Are there customs duties for non-European shipments?

It is not possible for us to predict whether charges or taxes will be applied as it depends on the regulations in force in every state. These extra costs are to be considered at customer's charge.

 

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping in Italy costs 8 euros.
For the rest of the world it is possible to check the cost of shipping at the time of check out.

 

What are the delivery times?

From 3 to 10 working days in Italy and the European Union. For non-EU countries, times may vary from 10 to 20 working days.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card and PayPal.

 

Do you join initiatives such as Black Friday?

The artisanal nature of our products does not allow us to participate to this kind of event.

 

Some puzzles are out of stock, will they be back in stock?

Our puzzles are limited edition so they are not always restocked.

 

I have lost a piece of the puzzle, what can I do?

You can send us an email to hello@mejo.me indicating which piece you are missing and we will send it to you. To determine the piece we use the naval battle method: letters for the short side and numbers for the long side. We also ask you to send us a photo of where the piece is missing. The shipping costs are charged to the customer.

 

I would like to resell Mejo products, is it possible?

Since our products are almost always limited editions, we do not rely on external resellers. However for specific projects we can collaborate with shops or resellers.
